A brand new 8-episode series has dropped on Apple TV from A24 and starring Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer and Nick Offerman. Fanning and Nicole Kidman produce alongside legendary showrunner, writer and executive producer David E. Kelley.
The heartwarming "comedic family drama" is based on Rufi Thorpe’s bestselling novel of the same name and features Fanning as college dropout and aspiring writer who's adopting to life with a new baby and a pile of bills. Pfeiller and Offerman play her parents, an ex-Hooters waitress and former-wrestler, rounding out the main cast, with Marcia Gay Harden, Greg Kinnear, Michael Angarano, Rico Nasty and Lindsey Normington also on board.
The first three episodes drop April 15, 2026 with the remaining five episodes dropping weekly until May 20.
Margo's Got Money Problems is not the first collaboration between Kelley and Apple TV—Kelley's drama “Presumed Innocent,” is now in production on its second season.
